Obituary for SFC Paul A. Baker

SFC Paul A. Baker, 59, of Lehighton, passed away on Mar. 25, 2018 in St. Luke’s Bethlehem Hospital. Born in Aberdeen, MS on Nov. 16, 1958 to Nancy (Baughn) & the late Harold Baker. After graduating H.S., he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he met his wife, Brenda (Bailey). They raised two beautiful daughters, Amanda & Kelli. But his role as a father didn’t end there. As he continued his career in the National Guard, he “fathered” many young soldiers to become hard-working & self-disciplined. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandson Antonio Paul Baker. He was well-known for his generosity in helping others in many ways. He loved the outdoors and looked forward to hunting season each year. Additional survivors include, brother Harold Baker and several nieces and nephews.
